September 12, 2017. Steve Jobs Theatre was packed with crowd on this fine day at Cupertino, California. Hundreds of people gathered from around the world to witness what was supposed to be the biggest Keynote ever! There are a number of reasons as to why this year’s keynote event was really special. As a matter of fact, the last couple of years haven’t been that good for Apple. It has long been slammed with the allegations that the company is only launching features that are already available in many other smartphones. Other tech giants like Samsung and Google were giving it a hard time. Samsung took the world by storm with the launch of its Galaxy S8 which turned out to be the most sought after smartphone ever to exist. And since it was the 10th anniversary of iPhone, Apple clearly didn’t want to leave any stone unturned.
Besides launching the long awaited iPhone 8 and 8 Plus, Apple had an ace up its sleeve. The event marked the launch of a series of Apple devices including the Apple Watch 3, Apple TV 4K, iPhone 8 and 8 Plus. Then came the iPhone X. The audience watched with their eyes wide open as the first look of the smartphone stole the show and left everyone enamoured. Without a doubt, it may turn out to be the best smartphone ever built by any company and is likely to give a tough competition to Samsung for its forthcoming Galaxy Note 8 which is soon to hit the market.
